Made to order
Every Couple Story Gifts piece is made to order in the US. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships. Map and star pieces include a proof step: we email your proof before printing, and if we don’t hear back within 24 hours we’ll take that as approval so your gift stays on schedule.
Delivery
We ship within the United States only. Estimated US delivery is 5–10 business days from the date you order (production plus transit). Shipping is free on all orders. You’ll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.
Valentine’s Day cutoff
Ordering for Valentine’s Day? Personalised pieces must be ordered by Feb 3, 2027 for delivery by Feb 14. Orders placed after Feb 3 will still be made and shipped as quickly as possible, but Valentine’s delivery cannot be guaranteed.
