These Terms of Service govern your use of the Couple Story Gifts store and any order you place with us. By visiting the store or buying from us, you agree to these terms.
Our products
Our pieces are made to order and personalized from the details you provide at checkout. Star maps are generated from astronomical data for the date and place you give us; map artwork is based on OpenStreetMap data (© OpenStreetMap contributors). Colors may vary slightly between screen and print.
Your details and proofs
You are responsible for the accuracy of the names, dates, places and other personalization details you provide. For map and star pieces we email a proof before printing; if we don’t hear back within 24 hours the proof is treated as approved, and your piece will be printed as shown in the approved (or unanswered) proof.
Orders, pricing and payment
All prices are in US dollars. An order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we confirm your order by email. If an item is mispriced or cannot be produced, we will contact you and offer a correction or a full refund. Shipping times and order cutoffs are estimates in good faith and are described in our Shipping Policy; returns are covered by our Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
Our designs, artwork and site content belong to us or our licensors. Song prints show song titles and artist names only — never lyrics. You may not reproduce our designs for resale.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
